Windows Server 2008

Within the month (hopefully) I will be given a server dedicated to data collection.

This server will be running Windows Server 2008 and have MS SQL 2008 as well. Will Ignition run on this platform? Any comments about Kepware or Matrikon on this OS?

Ignition will certainly run on this platform. Kepware 5.2 will also run on this platform as well. I believe Matrikon will also but am not 100% sure.

Note: On Windows Server 2008, when running the Gateway Control Utility with a user with Administrator privileges, you need to right click -> Run as Administrator.
