About You

The ideal candidate for this meaningful marketing admin role is a detail-oriented people person who enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships. A capable communicator who realizes the momentous importance of messaging, you have mad skills in creating clear emails, documenting internal processes and collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate project management, to name a few.

About the Role

The Marketing Administrative Assistant's skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong working relationships with effective communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Writing clear emails communications and meeting notes
  • Recording meeting action items and help to delegate tasks
  • Documenting and maintaining instructions on critical marketing processes
  • Coordinating the marketing director's calendar
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments for marketing team members
  • Assisting with marketing research
  • Assisting in monitoring the email communications and prioritizing and marketing mailbox redirecting requests as needed
  • Assisting with production through working with vendors on required specifications for marketing deliverables
  • Assisting with event coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of consistent administrative support experience, with proven reliability and responsibility
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong software skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and creating presentations
  • Proven ability to do in-depth and accurate research
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset
  • Solution-oriented mindset
