We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about helping us to grow our company and has experience creating the policies and procedures of other growing organizations. You will be in charge of seeking out candidates and overseeing their interviewing and hiring process from start to finish. You will join the Human Resources team on their mission to continue to grow and maintain a high-performance culture. You will attend career events throughout Northern California, use job boards, and network with organizations to broaden the hiring scope.

Responsibilities

  • Build an extensive pipeline and bench for the organization
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting with the ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates
  • Recruit for technical and non-technical positions as needed
  • Champion the hiring of great people and talent
  • Organize and prioritize the hiring needs of all divisions
  • Attend career fairs and hiring events
  • Identify diversity needs and maintain the goals of the yearly Affirmative Action Plan
  • Maintain appropriate candidate tracking and reporting in the Applicant portion of the AAP report
  • Communicate effectively across the organization and to all applicants
  • Maintain recruiting and hiring paperwork to ensure it is up to date and accurate
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role
    • Proven experienced with HR processes and procedures
    • Familiarity of Employment Law and Federal/State compliances
    • Competency of proofreading, editing documents
    • Familiarity in tracking applicants and maintaining a hiring pipeline
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Ability to understand complex and technical concepts
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Builds effective relationships
