Inductive Automation is dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality product support. In order to ensure that your experience with our support system is consistent and effective, we offer the following technical support plans: BasicCare, TotalCare, and PriorityCare.
At Inductive Automation we’re committed to providing unbeatable Ignition support to ensure our customer's success. That's why we offer three different levels of support plans to assist you year-round.
Our BasicCare plan includes technical support from our world-class support team through our web portal. TotalCare includes everything from BasicCare, plus phone support for problem issues, higher prioritization for requests, and 10% off all training courses. PriorityCare is our top-level plan which includes unlimited web and phone support at our highest priority level. You also get a 15% discount on training courses and certification testing.
All three support plans include upgrade protection which grants unlimited free upgrades to purchased Ignition modules while your Support Plan is active.
We constantly strive to make Ignition even better, so updates to the platform and modules happen regularly. Upgrade protection is the most affordable way to keep your Ignition system up to date, so you never miss a release.
