Time: 1.5 hours of instruction with 30 minutes of Q&A at the end.

In this workshop, the Sepasoft training staff will leverage the powerful Batch Procedure module to build modern workflows for an example manufacturing process. By using Electronic Signature, Genealogy and Traceability, Digital Work Instructions, Analysis tools, and automation driven by Ignition, users will learn how to quickly implement MES for your complex workflow.
This is a hands-on workshop utilizing starter materials from Sepasoft. Attendees should be very familiar with Ignition, Ignition Designer, and configuring views in Perspective. Outcomes will include familiarity with Batch Procedure for modeling workflows, E-signature features, traceability integration, analysis and report authorship, as well as work instruction integration.

Where are you located? Where can I park?Inductive Automation’s global headquarters is located at 90 Blue Ravine, Folsom CA, 95630 which is approximately 45 minutes east of the Sacramento airport (SMF). There is free parking available at the main facility. It is recommended to rent a car to get to/from the airport and hotel each day as taxi/uber/walking options are not as prevalent in Folsom as in larger cities.
Directions from eastbound Highway 50 (from Sacramento airport):
- Exit Folsom Boulevard
- Turn left onto Folsom Boulevard
- Turn left onto Blue Ravine Road
- Look for the Inductive Automation sign at 90 Blue Ravine Road

You may also explore other accommodations in the "Historic Folsom"area near Sutter Street. This location is the “downtown” area of Folsom and has nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance, as well as views of Lake Natoma.
Hotels near the Palladio shopping center (Iron Point Road and East Bidwell Street) are newer and also have many food options nearby.
What is the dress attire for training?Training class will take place within our corporate headquarters which is a business casual / casual environment. It is important to us that our employees, vendors and guests are considerate of one another and dress appropriately for the nature of our business.
We do not recommend the following attire:
- Pants with rips, tears, or holes
- Cutoffs
- Beach wear / Gym attire
- Pajamas / Slippers
- Open-toed footwear
- Clothing that could create a safety hazard
- Offensive attire (i.e. gender, ethnicity, age discrimination, etc.)
