About You

The ideal candidate for any of these pivotal admin assistant roles is a highly energetic and meticulously organized individual with a passion for people and a curiosity for technology. More of an administrative specialist than a typical office assistant, you thrive in face-to-face interactions with customers, managers, and executives. You’re a true collaborator who is comfortable being a critical resource doing it all and being in the middle of it all.

About the Role

We have several positions in multiple divisions offering a variety of focus ranging from working with HR on projects to maintaining calendars, performing data entry and routine audits with Sales, or assisting Marketing with project coordination. The Administrative Assistant’s skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Comfortable with answering and transferring calls
  • Gathering and updating customer contact information in our CRM
  • Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining team calendars
  • Assisting in meeting scheduling and agenda preparation
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Taking meeting notes and converting relevant items into follow-up tasks
  • Analyzing division data as needed
  • Assisting with a variety of tasks from all divisions of the organization

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 1+ years of consistent administrative support experience, with proven reliability and responsibility
  • Energetic and enthusiastic customer service skills
  • Professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Extensive software skills including word processing, creating spreadsheets with formulas (MS Office, Google G Suite)
  • Proven ability to do reliable and accurate internet research
