We’re on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience handling administrative tasks for a large group of people in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will assist with the day to day operations of the company, including greeting our guests, answering phones and tracking inventory


  • Greet Customers and vendors when they arrive at the building
  • Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate people
  • Gather and update customer contact information in our CRM
  • Keep office clean and organized at all time
  • Coordinate with administrative staff throughout the organization to maintain a smooth-running facility
  • Maintain inventory of items used throughout the office
  • Maintain files and organization of the office
  • Assist in helping with various tasks throughout the organization


  • Associates/ bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 2+ years of consistent experience in an administrative setting
  • Professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
