Job Description

We’re searching for a cool, calm, and collected individual to become our Support Services Administrative Assistant. The perfect person for this role is, able to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment, think quickly and juggle multiple tasks or projects at one time.

This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the technical support process, communicating with employees across the organization and delegating customer issues to our Support Engineers. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and tech savvy.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant, Support Service’s job skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

    Include, but are not limited to:
  • Completing special tasks and/or projects for the Support/Training Division
  • Assisting with any communication gaps between the Support Division and other divisions in the company
  • Maintaining clear processes/workflows in Confluence
  • Updating necessary spreadsheets for the division
  • Providing customer service by answering calls and emails
  • Scanning the queue throughout the day to ensure tickets are prioritized in the appropriate way
  • Helping customers with resolving licensing/activation/module configuration issues
  • Assisting with the Support/Training inbox

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communication, Computer Science or Business Administration is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate with professionalism
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Strong typing and grammar skills, including the ability to take accurate notes quickly
