Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by managing candidate flow and providing critical administrative and project support to the recruiting team. This role helps ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintains accurate data across systems, and contributes to ongoing improvements in recruiting operations. This is a full-time position with hybrid and on-site opportunities available.

The Recruiting Coordinator’s job skills, qualifications, and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating initial and final interviews (virtual and in-person) with candidates and interviewers
- Representing and positively promoting the company to candidates, providing information and answering questions throughout the process
- Assisting in pre-screening resumes and applications based on key qualifications
- Providing backup support for interviews via video and in-person
- Assisting with interview preparation (e.g., setting up interview rooms, printing materials)
- Updating and maintaining recruiting-related documentation and training materials
- Posting job openings via our ATS, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Monitoring and managing the recruiting inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and response
- Auditing and maintaining accurate candidate and user data in the ATS and related tools
- Generating routine recruiting reports and assisting with research, data collection, and analysis
- Supporting ongoing and ad hoc recruiting projects to improve hiring processes and outcomes
- Proactively identify and resolve potential workflow issues while contributing feedback and suggestions on current recruiting strategies, processes and systems
- Helping source candidates via online platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and others
- Organizing and scheduling team meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording or distributing meeting notes
- Verifying candidate work locations and coordinating with Tax and Compliance teams to ensure hiring eligibility and adherence to location policies
- Supporting the recruiting team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or 1–2 years of equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of scheduling experience, ideally in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and Handshake
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing and screening techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across divisions and with external candidates
- Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in a dynamic work environment
- Clear and professional communicator, comfortable interacting with candidates through both phone, video calls and email
Pay
Based on the Sacramento region, the new hires target salary for this role is $55k - $72k. This role will be paid hourly.
Inductive Automation’s ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Although it is not typical for an individual to start at the top end of the range for the position, compensation decisions are dependent on: the facts and circumstances of each case, work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
