Autex S.A. Becomes Inductive Automation Premier Integrator

Argentina Integrator is an Expert with Ignition Software Platform

FOLSOM, Calif. (November 29, 2017) — Inductive Automation has designated Autex S.A. as an Inductive Automation Premier Integrator. This is the highest level of integrator recognized by Inductive Automation.

Autex is based in Cordoba, Argentina. The company works in various industries to provide customers with improved industrial processes — making those processes safer, more efficient, and more profitable. The company is known for successfully responding to new challenges and providing innovative solutions.

Inductive Automation, based in Folsom, Calif., is a leading industrial automation software company. Its key product — Ignition by Inductive Automation® — is an industrial application platform with tools for building solutions in human-machine interface (HMI), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Ignition is used in virtually every industry, in more than 100 countries.

“We’ve worked to become a Premier Integrator because we want to be an Ignition reference in Latin America,” said Raul Di Giovambattista, general director at Autex. “Ignition is a powerful software platform with a huge future, and we want to be part of this. We think Ignition has the potential to generate new business for us. The small hardware and software requirements and the powerful features make Ignition the best option for the Argentine market.”

Founded in 2002, Autex has provided engineering services and automation to numerous industries in Latin America and Europe. These industries include food & beverage, alternative energy, mining, cement, and aerospace.

“We are happy to welcome Autex as a Premier Integrator,” said Don Pearson, chief strategy officer for Inductive Automation. “We’ve always enjoyed working with Raul and the rest of the team at Autex. They’ve clearly shown that they can meet their customers’ needs with Ignition. Autex is ready for any challenge in Latin America, and we look forward to working more closely with them in the future.”

Inductive Automation has relationships with more than 1,500 integrators worldwide. The company has deep roots within the integrator community. Inductive Automation President/CEO Steve Hechtman was a control system integrator for 25 years before he founded Inductive Automation. The company’s flexible and dynamic software, low-cost licensing model, free tech support for registered integrators, and other benefits are helping integrators deliver a high-quality experience to their customers.
