Support Options

Total Care™ • 24% annual*
Get peace of mind for the entire year with free software upgrades, unlimited phone access to our technical support reps, and Total Care member discounts. Includes unlimited phone support and discounts on training and design consultation.

Basic Care • 16% annual*
Best for customers who want access to technical support reps via email, but don’t require issues expedited via phone support. Includes email support and free upgrades to any modules purchased.

*Support contract price is based on the retail price of software at time of purchase. Discounts are available for multi-year contracts. Call for details.

Technical Support
Online Via Forum & Email • Free

Phone, After Business Hours 24/7 • $350/hr (1 hr min)
Any support calls after hours or on holidays will be billed at the after-hours rate. There is a 1-hour minimum charge.
Design Consultation
Without Total Care™ Support • $240/hr

With Total Care™ Support • $210/hr

Customers who have purchased the Total Care™ Support Only Contract or the Support & Upgrade Protection Contract will receive a discount on design consultation services.

On-site Consultation • $210/hr + travel & expenses

On-site consultation is only available to customers who have purchased the Total Care™ Support Only or Support & Upgrade Protection Contract. There is a 40-hour minimum charge, plus travel and expenses.
